Senior) CRM Manager (f/m/d
- Realize CRM strategy and develop international concepts to maximize customer retention in line with business objectives and marketing strategy
- Ensure leadership, planning, management, monitoring/analysis and continuous innovation of localized and personalized CRM programs by setting-up and implementing campaigns & journeys on local customer insights
- Deep technical understanding that helps you find opportunities for automation and personalization
- You will utilize a variety of contact channels including email, mobile push notifications, in-app messages, direct mail, and others
- Work closely with our international business department to devise campaigns that resonate particularly well with specific target groups and localized content
Your Must-haves
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of CRM experience, fashion industry is a plus
- Experience in digital retention marketing & CRM and omnichannel reach out
- Experience with advanced CRM tools and AI, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills, being able to challenge the status quo with innovative solutions
- Strong relationship management skills. Ability to build relationships and work in project teams, trust and influence with internal clients and other key stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, Excel required
- Excellent communication skills in German and English. French, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
