As Stewarding Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Supervise outsourced stewarding colleagues in the maintenance and sanitation of all food and beverage back of the house.
• Ensure consistent supply of all operation equipment and items for the food and beverage in line with the hotel standards
• Implement quality standards in terms of quality of washing
• Implement breakage and loss controls and ensure stewards practice the same with regards to operating equipment and furniture, fixtures and equipment

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year experience in stewarding in the same role
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Certification in food safety / basic food hygiene is preferred
