We are responsible for the supply to all the service sites, construction site and after sales across all the regions. The Global Warehouse Department in Denmark and Germany is responsible to procure, store, pick, pack and ship on time towards our Service Technicians. Safety is our main driver;
after that, quality anddelivery are our key measurables, making sure we meet the demand from our customers. We are searching for a Quality Inspector, working on a two shift-model in close relationship with a 3rd Party Warehouse Operator to ensure high quality standards in the inbound- as well outbound process. Responsibilities * Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping * Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations * Measure product dimensions, examine functionality to a certain level and compare products to the specifications * Document inspection outcomes by completing reports and performance records via Vestas non-conformity registration * Teach the warehouse in- and outbound area about quality concerns to improve the supply chain * Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner Qualifications * A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industrial sector as technical employee * Experience in a warehouse is an advantage and certification in quality control is preferred * Extensive experience with MS Office and knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management module * Good technical skills and capability in reading and understanding of technical drawings * Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques * Fluent in German and good English skills in speech and writing Competencies * Self-organized and problem-solving skills * Planning and organization skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Positive mindset and supportive attitude * Safety fist behaviour and attitude What we offer Apart from a competitive salary and benefits package, you will become part of a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
