Job description

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable for several companies

(Germany, Benelux, UK and Scandinavia)

• Check account assignment and posting of incoming invoices, banks and cash registers
• Carry out accounts receivable accounting and the dunning process
• Correspondence with internal contacts as well as customers and suppliers
• Checking and posting travel expense reports
• Electronic payment transactions
• Account clarification and reconciliation
• Ongoing optimization and automation of accounting processes and systems
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Special tasks, participation in project work

Professional experience required

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years

of relevant professional experience in accounting

• founded knowledge in the area of financial accounting
• Advanced knowledge of the ERP system SAP
• Good knowledge of Office365

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English and German
