Your responsibilities * (Continuous) development of a corporate strategy together with the Executive Board * Derivations of plans for divisions, regions and central divisions with the corresponding management committees * Control strategy implementation and identify deviations including appropriate measures * Derive and implement change measures and core messages for the implementation of a corporate strategy * Control, (operationally) manage and implement comprehensive (major) projects as required * Support of the Management Board in strategic and operational issues Your qualifications * Completed university studies attested by a diploma in engineering or economics or equivalent qualification * Multiple years of experience in management and operational implementation of comprehensive change projects * Experience in development and implementation of (corporate) strategies * Several years of professional leadership experience * International experience in successful implementation of projects * Assertiveness, decision-making and implementation strength * Confident and binding appearance as well as high communicative and intercultural competence on all hierarchical levels * Business German and English fluent written and spoken, other languages an advantage * Independent and structured as well as reliable working method * Very pronounced team and communication skills and flexibility What we offer Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
