The CMMS Administrator will be responsible for inputting/querying data and producing reports using a variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) used for Preventive Maintenance schedule/planning, and corrective work task coordination for the Secure Facility Maintenance and Service team activities. Systems to be used are InfraLink which is the company’s CMMS used to schedule maintenance activities which are then performed by maintenance technicians who use InfraLink to record work performed on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tickets.
The CMMS Administrator is also responsible to transfer maintenance data from InfraLink to the US. Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) which serves as the Army’s system of record for maintenance activities performed on Army installations. Work includes providing the team with CMMS system support, i.e., escalation for CMMS Issues, audit of CE ticket performance, ability to generate CMMS reports supporting KPI's, review and analysis of team workflow performance and input into iterative improvement of team processes. He/she will partner with local training team(s) to ensure all staff qualifications support current maintenance requirements to ensure that the right number of qualified individuals are available at the right times to enable the fast, smooth execution of work activities. Maintain and improve the CMMS accuracy and completeness.
Key Qualifications / Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with proven experience in a technical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or related field.
- Extensive equipment background and deep familiarity with industry standard and local maintenance needs to ensure accuracy of scope work packages and assignment to the appropriate amount of resources (time, tools, and talent) for the work package.
- Receives customer service requests and ensures accurate recording of name, address, repairs and or service to be repaired.
- Prepares work orders and dispatches to appropriate service crew.
- Schedules preventative & corrective maintenance; maintains records.
- Strong understanding of Critical Environments similar to high uptime industries such as those in a hospital or related high criticality fast paced environment
- Advises supervisor and/or management of work force changes that may affect completion of assigned work
- Critical thinking and process engineering focus background is a plus
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is required, strong skills in Excel would be considered a bonus.
