Job Description For the"Product Data Management"
department, we are looking for a \"technical writer (f/m/d) at Oberkochen as soon as possible. The area of product data management includes various disciplines such as technical documentation, device safety, RoHS/REACH, obsolescence and component management, customer training, SAP/CAD support, standards management, output management, license management, change management and configuration management. Your Tasks * Creation of technical-logistic documentation, incl. illustrations (digital/interactive documentation) for optronic products according to national and international standards and norms * Creation, maintenance and modification of spare parts catalogues (incl. codification) for optronic systems according to national and international standards * Procurement and control of information on the basis of design and production documents as well as existing hardware and software * Supervision and control of externally commissioned work packages with national and international subcontractors * Independent and timely coordination with development, as well as internal and external clients and customers * Administration and configuration of the in-house content management system( HiCO ILS- Suite ) Your Profile * Completed technical studies to become a technicalwriter or comparable professional training * Practical experience as technical writer * Knowledge of the relevant national and international standards for creating technical documentation * Good knowledge in handling Office applications and at least one XML-based editorial system * Good knowledge of graphics programs * Technical- analytical and holistic thinking * Good SAP and database knowledge * Interest in new media and technology * Technical- analytical and holistic thinking * Strong communication skills and team orientation * Very independent, structured and reliable working style * Very good knowledge of German and English What we offer you * Location in the middle of the idyllic landscape of the Swabian Alb * Company restaurant, café bar and snack shop * Diverse health offers and sports groups * Working in an innovative environment with exceptional high-tech products at the limits of physics * Attractive remuneration (in accordance metal and electrical industry tariff) * Company pension scheme * Flexible working time models (mobile working, flexitime and part-time, opportunities for sabbaticals, etc. ) * Individual development and training opportunities You want to become part of a future-oriented company?
