Sales Support Manager (m/f/d) (371931/002) Hamburg, Germany

Four client, one of the world's leading technology companies that specializes in Internet-related services and products and the world's preferred employer, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg.

Your tasks:
Prospect for new clients and react to inbound customer requests.
Support requests from Partners in Germany and nearby countries with requests for pricing and configurations.
Provide training and configuration resources and solutions to partners and customers; en- sure they are established as successful.
Work alongside partner management and G Suite retention and expansion sales teams to identify the opportunities within the market, and to find the best partners for our G Suite business.

Provide the ultimate in client service by giving potential new customers the attention they need and deserve.

 Your skills:
Relevant online or offline sales experience in collaboration software suites or similar (Box, Slack, MSFT 0365).
Extremely proactive, organised, responsible, and proven ability to work well with a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch a comprehensive G Suite over the tele- phone to high-end prospects and partners.
Requirement to interact with and manage internal systems for approvals and generation of quotes.
Proven technical ability customer-relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce).
Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
