Salesforce Trainer 9 months Düsseldorf Start Feb/March

For our customer in the Düsseldorf area we are looking for a Salesforce Lead to Order Master Trainer.
Your main task is to provide functional training support to the Training Program Team in the area of Lead to Order (L2O).

Tasks:

• Create and develop learning materials: Presentations, Manuals, User Guides, Work Instructions and/or any other required material
• Perform Training Needs Analsys (TNA)
• Coordinate training activities with Programme Training Lead

Conditions:

• Strong Functional Knowledge in the area of Lead to Order (L2O) (Salesforce Sales Cloud)
• Experience in creating and deploying all kinds of learning materials
• Experience in LMS systems

Project details:

• Start: February 2020
• Duration: 9 months (+ option to extend)
• Utilisation: 4 to 5 days per week
• Location: area of Düsseldorf, NRW
• Language: English, German is nice to have
