Project Coordinator (f/m/d) Startups (365038/001) Berlin, Germany

For our client, a leading multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Startups in Berlin.

Your role:
As a Project Coordinator you support planning and logistics for our client’s Startups programs and events. This is an exciting role in a dynamic setting.

Your tasks:

• Lead all logistics matters related to sponsored programs and events.
• Development of content and program materials, applicant and speaker outreach, coordination with vendors, preparation of the physical space and participant registration.
• Along with the Program Manager, coordination with production agencies and vendors.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants and speakers.
• Work closely with Program Managers to design and organise programs and events for the community.
• Occasionally work evening hours to support and assist with events.
• Processing all incoming requests from program attendees.

Your skills:

• Experience in a similar program or event management role.
• Self-motivated and articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a Plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with interdepartmental teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully.
• Ability to report to multiple stakeholders, providing frequent updates and effective communication whilst managing stakeholder expectations.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar program or event management role.
• A passion for the startup community.
