What we look for:
Multiple years of leadership and sales experience in Retail and/or IT solutions, preferably in an international matrix organization.
Experienced in managing relationships at a senior level and managing a diverse (in terms of skill base and experience) team of people.
Experience in planning and execution of trade fairs with support of Marketing
Possess a track-record of increasing and sustaining sales growth and profitability even in challenging market conditions such as the current economic climate.

A genuine interest and passion for the retail industry.
Strong communication and people skills at all levels in a business.
Ability to combine strategic and tactical imperatives.
A natural leader who puts time and energy into building talent.
Frequent international travel / relocation flexibility.
Compliance and driving the tone from the top, based on an ethical foundation are crucial for the role.
Fluency in German and English, additional languages preferred.
