Sachbearbeiter Einkaufsabwicklung (m/w/d)
Für unsere Niederlassung in 64347 Griesheim bei Darmstadt suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung mit Schwerpunkt Einkaufsabwicklung.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Prüfung unseres Warenbedarfs
Erzeugen von Einkaufsbestellungen bei unseren europäischen und internationalen Produktionswerken
Abruf von Waren aus bestehenden Einkaufskontrakten
Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferterminen
Zollabwicklung (Import und Export)
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern im In- und Ausland
Ihr Profil:
Erfahrung in Logistikprozessen
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Import- und Zollabwicklung
Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
