Inside Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Outbound B2B sales and communication.
Full Sales Cycle, including cold calling.
Identify Opportunity.
Qualify opportunity by determining problem & impact
Validate benefits & value.
Proposal & confirming value.
Negotiate & mutual close plan.
Finalizing closure.
Effective pipeline built up and management across target data sets.
Present a unique and compelling business message through your understanding of process and market intelligence.
To nurture the database and ensure maximum customer progression.
Maintaining a high-level satisfaction with Hitachi customers through thoughtful and strategic communications by demonstrating a high degree of knowledge of Hitachi, it’s products, license/Services offerings, and software compliance messages.
Adhering to established process and standards consistent with the operational frameworks for the activity.
Adhering to reporting and communication standards to ensure a sound, fruitful partnership with the team.
Requirements:
B2B Sales, Telesales or Account Management experience required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills are required.
Strong interest in IT industry, leading products or licensing.
Experience in B2B communications preferred.
Relationship building skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work well under pressure and react to the business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity required.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Highly motivated and driven personality, passion to make a difference – can-do attitude.
German or French speaking skills are important for this role due to the nature of business.
