Your tasks:
Digital Marketing- To be responsible for delivering the company’s B2B and B2C digital / online marketing strategy, planning and budget to drive the business forwards through new marketing channels.
- To be responsible for managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, eCRM and building the online community
- To work with the Marketing Manager and Product Managers to plan and implement all online marketing campaigns including digital campaign collateral
- To be responsible for identifying and prioritising digital marketing objectives
- To manage the use of digital media to support the company’s product strategy
- To be responsible for managing the online marketing budget
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party providers.
Marketing strategy, plans and communication:
- Determine strategies, tactics and measures to delight customers in order to achieve leadership target
- Create a digital communication strategy in-line with overall German plans.
- Manage external agencies, primarily for German plans.
- Establish success criteria of all activity and measure against specific KPI’s with the help of online analytics, according to business objectives
- Execution of professional marketing plans within agreed priorities
Budget management:
- Negotiate & monitor budget allocated for marketing plan execution.
- Build in-depth understanding of the needs of customers through focus groups, panels and other research initiatives.
- Influence key stakeholders Supply Chain, Customer Services, Professional Affairs, KA, TVCI & other counterparts in the Franchise team (MRD, Digital, other segment owners)
Your skills:
- Project Management and coordination in the Digital Area / Website Management
- Developing a Structured Process Framework for external Medical Content Creation, Consolidation cross-department and Publishing on the company’s HCP Web-Portal.
- Coordination of HCP Need Analysis, Content Creation (i.e. Medical Content Writing), SEO Optimization and Webmastering
- External Agency Steering, Stakeholder Management
Details:
- 40 hours per week
- Start: 01.10.2019
- End: 31.12.2019
