Senior) Social Media Manager (f/m/d
- End to end ownership of BestSecret social media and employer branding channels across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube and LinkedIn, including creation and execution of content to drive followers’ growth and engagement
- Set-up international best-usage of Social Media Studio (Salesforce) and leverage social media reporting based on performance KPIs across markets
- Oversee community management and leverage best-practices
- Collaborate with content team, performance marketing, CRM, and others to develop and execute first-class social media concepts which foster our activations, campaigns and events
- Boost BestSecret’s brand awareness and sentiment through global social media conversation
- Stay on top of industry trends in order to identify opportunities and continuously ideate creative and innovative campaigns
- Level-up international social media guidelines across all BestSecret active markets
Your Must-haves
- Bacherlors’ degree or equivalent
- Fluent level of English and German (spoken and written). French, Swedish or Dutch will be a plus
- 4+ years of extensive experience building up brands in social media and hands-on
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Social Media Studio (Salesforce) knowledge would be a plus
- Social media ownership and experience in fashion brands - 360 degrees
- Copy-writing experience (both English and German) for social media channels
