In your role as Cluster Procurement Manager you will drive financial performance through strategic analysis across Corporate Spend categories in order to reach the next level in our Procurement evolution! Place of work Holzkirchen or Nürnberg Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• You are going to be responsible for 23 sites in our DACH region:

including our two global headquarters of Sandoz and Novartis Innovative Medicines - Drive efficiency projects across Professional Services - Build effective relationships with key suppliers and impact the value for Novartis through cost efficiency and access to innovation - Senior Partners Management even on C-Level - Close alignment and interaction with global category managers - Ensure compliance and process fulfillment - Drive harmonization and standardization throughout the organization Minimum requirements What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Organization development, Human resource management or Finance or International studies - Up to 5 years of procurement experience in a large multinational organizational - Excellent spoken and written English and German - Ability to influence and manage senior partners - Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and management and developing the saving target and bringing value procurement processes Desirable Requirements:
• Additional qualifications (CIPS, Project Management, etc. ) - Experience in Corporate Spend categories especially in Professional Services (Cross-Functional, Translation, Financial Services, Consulting Services, Legal Services) and Fleet Management You'll receive:
