For our client, Europe's leading specialist for payment processing based in Munich, we are currently hiring a Business Analyst (m/f/d).

Start date: ASAP
Languages: German and English
Our customer, based in Munich, are one of the fastest growing Payment processing clients in the world. They have had a growth of 300% over the past 2 years and are looking to grow even further over the next year. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join a team of 20 - consisting of Developers, QA’s and Product Owners.

Your Tasks
  • Analysing and clarifying business requirements with internal stakeholders while assessing the risks of various solution designs
  • Point of contact for the international team for any issues arising during the implementation phase and after the go-live
  • Internal presentations / trainings of newly developed functionalities
  • Creation and maintenance of several types of documentation (technical, sales material, fact sheets, customer documentation)
 

Your Skills:
  • Degree in Business Administration/Business Computer Science/Finance
  • At least 5 years´ practical experience as a business analyst
  • Strong technical background, experience in Agile projects
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
  • Highly self-organized, independent, pro-active attitude
  • Knowledge of payment processing is a plus
  • Scrum/BA certifications are a plus
