We at Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH are a pioneer and technology leader in high-performance loyalty management software for the airline, retail, travel and transportation sectors. From our headquarters in Munich we develop comprehensive software solutions for the operation of complex customer loyalty programs, which we implement at our clients worldwide.

We develop long-term partnerships with our clients, advise them on their digitalization journey, work on innovative ideas together and put them into practice.

Among the companies that count on our know-how are Lufthansa, for its frequent flyer program Miles & More, Deutsche Bahn AG, for its BahnCard, bahn.bonus and bahn.comfort programs, PAYBACK and international air carriers such as China Southern Airlines and United Airlines.

YOUR TASKS

• Define the loyalty solution architecture for one of our international airline customers based on our Loyalty Platform Loyalty Management Suite (LMS)
• Evaluate different technical approaches to design and create the best solution to any given problem
• Improve our LMS platform by challenging the status quo and bring in your ideas
• Function as interface between customer and product development to drive technology innovations
• Be part of a cross functional team to shape our loyalty platform solution for the next generation

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience as software solution architect in complex software development environments, preferably in in loyalty or airline industry
• Full Stack Developer with focus on backend systems
• Strong problem analyzing skills as well as strong ownership to resolve problems
• Familiar with agile methodology
• Good communication skills and personal responsibility
• Willingness to regular business trips including international
• Excellent English is a prerequisite, German or Japanese is desirable

TECH STACK

Java language, frameworks like Hibernate, Spring etc. and the JEE ecosystems, proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), AWS or other cloud experience desirable, Maven, Git/ Subversion, Jenkins or similar
