Head of Next Generation Sequencing Laboratory
We are looking for an experienced team leader for our Next Generation Sequencing Laboratory with a strong track record in molecular biology and sequencing technologies, Illumina and/or MGI platforms. A scientific and technical understanding of molecular biology techniques and NGS- related processes, expertise in high-throughput sample processing and analysis. Previous experience with ISO9001 certification, ISO17025 or ISO15189 accreditation and Laboratory Information Management Systems would be a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the core sequencing lab, and will be involved in routine diagnostics as well as technology development programs. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills. You will join a dedicated team of biologists, laboratory technicians and software engineers developing the Alacris Comprehensive Molecular Tumor Analysis (CMTA) and other diagnostic solutions.
