Product Manager (f/m/d)
to lead it into the future.

What does your work look like?

• You drive the vision, strategy and roadmap of your product in collaboration with the team
• You understand the market trends in Talent Management and know the competitors
• You are responsible to align our software product and our service portfolio
• You are in charge for the quality and profitability of your projects, products and topics
• You explore and validate feasibility and viability of product features, assumptions and innovations
• You represent your product towards internal stakeholders and customers

What are we looking for?

• You offer a high problem-solving ability
• You have a great deal of initiative
• You are good at self and time management
• Experienced with international product teams
• You have utilized ML already or are very familiar with the requirements and mechanics
• You are a fast learner
• Preferable you bring already TM market knowledge
• You lead, motivate and empower a team to perform.
• You have agile expertise with Scrum or Kanban to understand the development process
