What can you expect?

• You develop and implement a sales strategy and increase sales and profit by acquiring new customers and building an active customer base
• You establish a continuous communication with suppliers and development of new suppliers
• You observe and analyze changes in the market and competitive conditions
• You analyze customer needs, customer consulting and target-oriented implementation of solution options with the respective department
• You conduct sales negotiations, define the sales modalities and prepare offers as well as the technical presentation at the customer's site
• You represent the company in the country (e.g. at trade shows)

What should you bring along?

• You got a Bachelor degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or similar
• You bring experience in sales and have first knowledge in polymer technology or plastic industry
• You are performance oriented, independent, flexible and proactive and have a high customer orientation and communication skills
• You distinct willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility and to constantly develop yourself further
• You are got good user knowledge of MS Office products
• You bring the willingness to travel and speak fluent in Swedish and English
