YOUR TEAM

For the department Update & Digital Life Cycle Management we are looking for an intern or working student for the Agile Program Management Office.
The department works on technologies and processes that ensure safe, secure and compliant performance software updates on wheels. Their motto is to deliver best-in-class InternIP (Internal Intellectual Property) updatability technology and to create unified campaigns and process value chains for the Volkswagen Group. Due to the development of the automotive industry over recent years it has become increasingly important to provide software updates which we see as one of the fundamental growth pillars.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support in agile program management tasks
  • Prepare and organize agile events (workshop preparation and follow up, protocols, PI planning preparation, JIRA & Confluence)
  • Research and competitive analysis regarding updateability in the automotive industry
  • Support in maintaining our solution roadmap and backlog (Capabilities) up to date
  • Support in the status reporting of our solution

WHO YOU ARE

  • Enrolled student in the area of engineering, business administration, information technologies or similar
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Strong social and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive personality
  • Basic knowledge of agile working methods and automotive industry is a plus
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Knowledge in MS Office Suite and Atlassian Tools (JIRA & Confluence) is a plus
