EUR300 - EUR500 per day + Negotiable rate, accommodation etc.

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a experienced Quantity Surveyor to assist a Claims Manager on a power station project in Germany.
Fluent English and German is essential as all contracts are in German.
You will work in both Germany and in Austria.
THE CLIENT
My client, is a long established firm of construction consultants with a wide range of clients in Germany and elsewhere in Europe.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with good understanding of contracts and an eye for detail.
You are likely to be MRICS, BSc or similarly qualified either as a Quantity Surveyor with good knowledge of contracts.
You will need a good eye for detail to investigate claims issues and post contract work as directed by the claims manager.
Fluent English and German is essential, both written and spoken as contracts are all in German.
You are likely to have been trained in the U.K., Germany or elsewhere in Europe.
Very negotiable rate plus accommodation etc.
