Job Description Tasks * Consutling and training of customers as well as internal colleagues in the use and configuration of Werum's PAS-X MES software solution * Investigate and resolve client issues (replicate/diagnose/document problems, schedule resources, fix problems in conjunction with other team members, deploy fixes);

  • Support implementation of client processes and matching design specification in PAS-X master batch records * Assist in validations within PAS-X MES software projects * Organization of product trainings and support within various international projects * Understand functionality provided by PAS-X MES software in order to support clients and users, as well as continuous training and improvement Qualifications * Degree in computer science or related fields, preferably a master's degree * Dynamic personality, strong analytical skills, hand-on approach * Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups * Ability to collaborate in teams and work in different roles * Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and in software solutions * Willingness to travel internationally (50 to 70%) We offer * International clients and colleagues, dynamic and modern work environment * Flat hierarchies * Attractive and modern work environment, open atmosphere * Perspective to develop in the long term within a company offering complex technical projects Recruitment Team +49 40 21107 291 Werum IT Solutions is the world's leading supplier of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and manufacturing IT solutions for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.
