Job Description Your Responsibilities * Create sales collaterals for all service products (Contracts, Upgrades, Trainings, Professional Services, etc. ), with clear product positioning and value propositions * Implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for all markets und buyers * Manage all marketing activities to generate promotional campaigns and maximize lead funnel * Engage with the Service/Sales/Marketing departments to identify new aftermarket opportunities as well as provide commercial coaching (value-based selling) * Conduct sales and pipeline analysis in SFDC and drive continuous development of the CRM system in close coordination with the commercial managers Our Expectations:- Minimum a Bachelor high school degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent by experience * Minimal 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Field Service experience * Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and customers * Ability to articulate and explain value of Service Agreement offerings * Passionate about delivering superior customer service * Experience with CRM platform (SFDC) * Broad commercial knowledge, excellent organizational skills and time management * Superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver stellar presentations * Fluency in English is a must. Good German communication and de-escalation ability What we offer:
