YOUR TASKS

You advise our French speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently.

• Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
• PC literacy
• Previous customer service experience preferable

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR

WORKPLACE

:

• A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
• An Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
• Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network Address Translation), provide a firewall component and must be connected to the home network by IPv4
• A separate, quiet and background noise-free room
