• We are looking for an experienced

Desktop Support Lead

to join a dynamic and busy international team. The role will provide the opportunity

Must be fluent in German and English

 

Job Description:

• Provides in-person strong leadership capability and several years of experience in leading end user support teams.
• Analytical and technical capabilities in all aspects of end user computing as well as competence for the professional management of the team
• Doing the task scheduling and reconciliation of shift plans with the EUC Lead.
• Primary Contact for the customer's stakeholders from Client in German language.

 

Technical skills & Experience required:

• Previous experience as On Site Support lead is mandatory
• ITIL Foundation certified  Must have good working knowledge of “End User Computing” Support
• Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms.
• Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components
