YOUR TEAM

The delivery of Mobile Online Services requires the collaboration of internal and external partners within a complex ecosystem. As part of the Competence Center for Mobile Online Services you belong to a team with the responsibility for providing high-quality analysis and solutions for highly complex issues of customers all over the Volkswagen group.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure the knowledge management for our core product – the analysis of complex issues with customer impact
  • Coordinate and assure the knowledge transfer for improving the analysis conducted in the Competence Center
  • Continuously improve and develop the existing knowledge management setup
  • Coordinatie all knowledge-related activities in a complex and dynamic environment with our partners
  • Collaborate with teams inside CARIAD, the brands of the Volkswagen Group and 3
rd
Parties
  • Provide reporting about the status of issues and corrective measures

WHO YOU ARE

  • High quality mindset paired with strong customer orientation, critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Comprehension of and experience with IoT-Environments including analysis of technical problems
  • Ability to meet deadlines and switch effortlessly between business and technical contexts
  • Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Jira and HP Service Manager is a strong plus
  • Understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL)
  • SAFe basic knowledge or in another agile framework
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
