We’re growing every day, with new restaurants and new cities – and we’ve achieved it by hiring & retaining reliable drivers to deliver tasty dishes to our customers.We are looking for a manager, who knows how to structure and build teams. You should be an experienced people and process manager with a proven history in standardizing and implementing organizational processes. In this role, you will have a key position within the logistical team of Takeaway.com, being part of the German Management Team of Scoober. You will report directly into the Country Manager Germany. You can expect a high degree of autonomy, a lot of space for expressing creativity and working with a close team of dedicated and dynamic people.
Provide overall leadership, guidance and coaching to team members (around 40 direct reports);
- Structure the department, introduce a uniform and efficient way of working across all disciplines ;
- Responsible for the creation and realization of the project roadmap (OKRs) for the department;
- Develop, implement and monitor strategic plans for Scoober Germany on a diverse range of topics, such as safety, growth, driver engagement, service levels, NPS, innovation, etc;
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments such as Local Operations, Works Council Management, Legal, Payroll, etc;
- Perform full range managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees, planning, assigning and steering work; performance management and budgeting;
- Act as subject matter expert for Senior Management and the German management Team;
- Steering continuous improvements of operational KPIs by analyzing market trends, implementing best practices or optimizing processes
Can you deliver…
If you’re still reading, chances are you’re a multi-skilled HR Operations lead who can help to perfect our driver employee livecycle. But we’re also looking for…- Minimum of 4 years of a relevant management experience overseeing a team of professionals;
- Experience / certified in Prince2, Agile, Lean or IPMA is an asset;
- Competences: highly analytical, motivational leadership, autonomous, coaching, team player;
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
- Fluent German and English language skills.
