Your responsibilities

• As a trainee (m/f/d) in HR development EMEA you will learn from scratch what you need for a successful start in the development of people and international organizations.
• You will be actively involved in day-to-day business. For example, you will develop and implement concepts for the EMEA region in the field of people and organizational development. A special focus will be on talent and performance management including process design as well as the "translation" of concepts into HR-IT.
• You will not only be involved in the development of the concepts, but will also actively shape and accompany the implementation (e.g. communication, training measures and potential change management).
• You will also get to know other HR functions at our EMEA headquarter in order to gain a holistic picture of EMEA HR.
• You will play an active role in managing talent across EMEA within critical role-based talent pools.

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant subject, i.e. business, psychology
• You have gained experience in the field of HR and organizational development
• You are strong in developing concepts
• Preferably you provide for expertise in organizational development, system thinking
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
• You show a strong learning ability and enjoy collaborating with different nationalities, personalities and functions
