beautiful and powerful products that impress our biggest athletes and win the hearts of our consumers. as the one who brings our apparel innovations to life, you will collaborate closely with marketing, design, development, and suppliers. you will be a key influence in crafting our products from seasonal kick off to commercialisation. materials, colours and fittings will be guided by yourself. with your help, our team will craft the next generation of adidas products that excite our consumer. what is involved * be a part of the dynamic cross-functional team with passion for adidas products * create the best-in-class material portfolio * be the one who brings our apparel innovations to life through material research and trends * build a deep understanding of the market/ competitors and share your knowledge within the team what we are looking for * a passion for textiles, sports and innovation * degree in clothing technology/textile engineering or comparable education * a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the garment industry * technical thinker with a deep understanding of material engineering * team player who feels comfortable communicating in an international environment and working in a fast-changing textile world * basic project management skills at adidas we have a winning culture. but to win, physical power is not enough. just like athletes our employees need mental strength in their game. we foster the athlete's mindset through a set of behaviors that we want to enable and develop in our people and that are at the core of our unique company culture - the 3cs:
