A leading Real Estate Investment provider in Germany is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to join their team in Munich. This company is growing rapidly on an international scale, with multiple hubs globally. With this role, you would be the central point of contact for all areas of Risk within the institution and for internal stakeholders of different seniority, driving the effectiveness of the Risk culture. Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for all risk types (e.g. operational, market, credit) and prepare

guidelines for dealing with each.

• Be the responsible person for the Risk Reporting of capital management companies in the

group.

• Consistently monitor any changes and find solutions to them, driving the control of the Risk

portfolio and the effectiveness of the internal Risk Management system.

• Use your expertise to engage in the concrete assessment of individual risks and their

dependencies.

Requirements:

• Advanced Degree of equivalent in a mathematical / econometric field.
• At least 5 years’ working as a Risk Manager for real assets, with strong knowledge of

market/credit/operational Risk types.

• Good experience working in Risk Management on Real Asset investments.
• Strong understanding and experience working with Regulatory Risk topics.
• German and English speaking.
