PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Security Research’s objective is to understand new basic principles in research, analyze the business value for SAP, refine the method and adapt them for SAP. By building prototypes and blueprints for productization, we support the SAP development teams to consume the research results.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

For many prototypes and research evaluations we use cloud environments from Amazon, Google, or Microsoft. We are looking for support to create an automated, scripted processing of setup-tasks for new cloud instances, such that an efficient and secure environment for new research evaluations can be automatically be created.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Informatics or similar field of study
Computer skills: Proficiency in system administration and scripting tasks on an OS level
Programming: Good programming skills
Language skills: Fluency in German or English
Soft skills: Ability to communicate accurately and proactively
Others: Affinity in Security is a plus
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
