A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sales Director Global Clearance to join RB’s Hygiene Home Business Unit.
As a Sales Director Global Clearance,you will be responsible for the Expansion of RevMax Clearance Models in Developing Markets, ongoing Customer and P&L Management for all Obsoletes.
Key parts of this role will include:
Ongoing Management of live Markets- Support Markets Monthly Clearance
- Customer Management & Negotiation
- P&L Reporting /Figure Collection
- Pre-Obsolete Sales
- New Pricing Negotiations
- Build regular Reporting Structure with Markets
- Policy Adherence
- Country Obsolete Filter Expansion
- Customer Search / manage customer changes
- Customer Due Diligence /Scorecard
- Customer Contracts
- Solve Customer Issues on monthly Clearance
- Proximity to Market (Customer and Value Trade)
- Alignment Po1 on target Markets
- Quarterly Reporting Presentation to SD
- Analysis of in market RSP
- Continue development of the knowledge regarding customer needs and strategies
- Maintain and further develop Hub Clearance Functions
- Continue supervision of market development and communicating of all relevant information to the appropriate department and the supervisors
- Initiate, sustain, analyse and improve active measures
- Implement business strategies of Key Account Management
- Implement active measures in cooperation Finance
- Drive Strategic & Structural Further Development
P&L Data Analysis & Synopsis
- Regional Quarterly Reporting
Hub 2.0 Customers
Contract & Legal Management
Project Management (Hub 2.0, Batch Code Tracking)

Is this You?
- Commercial education
- 10 years’ work experience in various commercial roles
- KAM- and Trade Marketing experience with large centralized accounts in a blue chip FMCG company is a must
- Functional experience in Category Management is preferable
- Leadership experience
- Budget responsibility
- FMCG and Trade (LEH)
- Strong P&L knowledge and proven practice
- Project management
- Accounting
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent Negotiating techniques
- MS Office
- Nielsen knowledge
- Ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
- Commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
