We are looking for a Machine Learning Expert to scale the integration of Machine Learning into Haufe offerings. By taking topic ownership in specific product streams you will interact with and link together business development and technology division. You will lead investigation and experiments in cross functional teams in order to create smart solutions for the challenges of our customers. Your hands on experience in Machine Learning as well as your ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences are key in our highly collaborative work environment.

Resonsibilities:

  • Design and implement production algorithms that process text and other data, and make the impossible possible to create highly innovative customer experiences
  • Analyze large amounts of data to discover patterns, find opportunities, and develop highly innovative, scalable algorithms to seize these opportunities
  • Validate models via statistically rigorous experiments across our customers
  • Prototype ideas and fail quickly
  • Communicate advances and ideas to a focused team of product managers and software engineers
  • Develop innovative tools and metrics that change the way we look at problems

Key Qualifications:

  • Profound knowledge of current ML trends, concepts and frameworks
  • Experience with established technical platforms and libraries (Tensorflow, MXNet, SageMaker, etc.)
  • Practical experience with productive ML Models
  • Strong skills in data visualisation/presentations and workshop delivery and ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts.
