For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg.Requirements:
- Must speak
Finnish
Fluently (and English on a B1 or B2 level).- Previous customer service experience is not needed
- Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (we are open Mo-Fri 09:00-17:30)
- Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
- Basic computer skills
