We provide inbound call support for the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Technology industries. In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different clients :)

For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg.

Requirements:

• Must speak

Finnish

Fluently (and English on a B1 or B2 level).

• Previous customer service experience is not needed
• Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands (we are open Mo-Fri 09:00-17:30)
• Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
• Basic computer skills
