Phaidon International is an Award-winning Recruitment business with 5 Brands, 11 offices across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia and over 850 employees.
Due to our growth in Berlin over the last 24 Months (from 5 people to 40) across a number of hot desks and growing markets we’re looking to strengthen our leadership team. We are looking for Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultants for our DACH business 

based out of Berlin

 (or remotely for now).
Ideally you will be a 
full desk/ end to end/ 360 Recruiters
 from an 
Agency background 
with 
2+ years experience
 working the
 DACH
 market in any of the following.

• Financial Services
• Life Sciences
• End-to-End Supply Chain
• Connective Technology
• Engineering & Infrastructure

We are also actively looking for Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultants with Management experience across the following: DevOps, Big Data, Life Sciences, Supply Chain and Procurement, Quality

.
Expectations from a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International.

• Consecutive monthly revenue generation.
• Actively sourcing, screening and placing high calibre candidates.
• Generating, qualifying and converting new client business and the development of previous clients we have worked with.
• Marketing job roles, promoting your client’s opportunities acting as a brand ambassador not just for your Desk/Brand but also for the wider company portfolio.
• Always developing your market/industry knowledge to become a specialist in your field.
• Actively driving the positive, sales culture within the business.
• Genuinely being a part of the team and our business wether we are in the office or working remotely

• 60-80K First Year Earnings (our commission is Uncapped)

Successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be able to demonstrate:

• A proven background in monthly revenue generation
• 2+ years in a full end-to-end 360 recruitment life cycle role
• Specialism within a specific industry operating in the DACH region
• Proven background in lead generation and conversion
