:working closely alongside the head of retail network development and wider commercial teams. the role requires to implement and manage the development and maintenance of the route to market strategy, work on the details, analyse and make recommendations of different strategic concepts. role also includes completing business development tasks (market trends and potential, market players, key partners) as well as finding and engaging with new partners globally. responsibilities:
- develop parts of the ultimate grenadier sales & distribution strategy. * develop, evolve and manage close working relationship with key players in the region which could involve agencies. * research, identify and build relationships with potential strategic business partners, as part of a process to operationalise the strategy. * establish business model and ways of working with regional partners, allocate relevant kpis and performance measurement practice and challenge if required. * collect and analyse market data and market potential and make recommendation for market entry plans and routes to market. * execute strong business case analysis on the recommendation on market entry plans and sales channels, responsible for seeking new ways to market. * conduct regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models. * auditing regional partners compliance with grenadier processes and standards and create action plans part of the performance management practice. appoint and terminate regional business partners as and when required. requirements desired experience:
- international customer experience and product launch business development experience. * 5+ years working experience in an international business environment. * up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the global automotive industry. * creative with ability to think outside the box. * comfortable working in a fast paced environment & able to work towards tight deadlines. * strong analytical skills.
