THE ROLE
I am seeking a Project Manager in the Building Construction industry who has good or fluent German plus English to join a firm of construction consultants in their Berlin office.

They are interested in people at various levels including Assistant Project Manager, Intermediate Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
You will work on projects from feasibility to project delivery and you will deal with international clients through to contractors on site. You will also get involved in doing Technical Due Diligence.

Projects will large residential, mixed use, offices, hotels, retail etc.
There may be some requirement to work in other parts of Germany although your base will be in Berlin.
THE COMPANY
My client is a succesful firm of construction consultants working closely with large clients on buildings for residential, mixed use, offices, hotels, retail projects.

They work on projects across Germany for both German and international clients.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Graduate with a Degree in a construction related subject e.g. Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering etc.

You will need to have gained several years post graduation experience in a building construction related role and have gained at least some project management experience.

You will ideally have been working for another firm of building construction consultants to have gained project management experience from feasibility to delivery.

Any experience of Technical Due Diligence would be useful.
You will need fluent or very good written and spoken German. Good English is also required.
Good communication skills are essential.
Support will be given if you are not already chartered.
Excellent prospects for ambitious candidates within their Berlin office and an opportunity for promotion as my client is growing. Salary is negotiable according to experience but in the region of Euro 45000 to 80000 per annum.
