Customer consultant (m/f/d)
The Zalando Support Team supports all model lovers.
Our goal: to create the perfect shopping experience for the Zalando customer on the phone. We support our shoppers by phone and email. As with quality, we rely on high standards throughout the company: Zalando is the number one online fashion retailer and we claim to offer the best customer service for fashion eCommerce.

What are the tasks?
Processing incoming customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail
  • advising our customers mainly on Zalando services and products
  • You help our customers with the return of parcels and invoice processing, as well as with questions about the Zalando App.
  • working as part of a dynamic team
What should you bring for that?
  • Interest in fashion and the latest trends
  • good knowledge of written and spoken German
