What we look for

Required:

Minimum of 5-7 years of IT experience, including Agile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFDC (Salesforce) Service Cloud and / or ServiceMax
Experience with coaching technical leads and developers, including estimating software development in Agile
Masters at least one application area or platform (ServiceMax) and the integration aspects with other platforms, including a solid understanding of service business process
Ability to manage multiple regional projects effectively
A logical thinker and results-oriented and with excellent project management, communication, and business process mapping and analytical skills
An independent and motivated individual and requires little supervision and demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others
Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Track record of designing solutions to harmonize business processes and leverage IT systems

Preferred:

Previous experience and two full cycle project implementations in ServiceMax
Previous experience in large multinational corporation
