Internship Distribution Technology

The internship gives an insight into the world of e-commerce and the daily tasks of our Distribution Technology Department. The position is located in the corporate headquarters in Berlin.

  • Opening: August 2020
  • Compensation: EUR 450 gross / month
  • The Internship must be part of the study program

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Supporting in new hotel onboarding and their CRS setup
  • General maintenance on various systems (CRS: Marsha, SynXis, etc.)
  • Setting up direct connectivity between OTAs (online travel agent) and our central reservation system
  • Supporting Member Hotels in solving distribution related issues
  • GDS set-up of member hotels including review and audit
  • Booking engine maintenance
  • Rate loading and maintenance
  • Supporting the Distribution Technology team in distribution related projects
  • General administrative supporting of the department

Experience & Mindset

  • Teamplayer with excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Creativity and attention for detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel) and experience working with Keynote beneficial
