What we look for

Required:

Master’s/PhD degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience
Deep understanding and experience of data analysis, statistics and machine learning algorithms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record on working in a cross-cultural environment
Effective listening skills in order to understand the requirements of the business
The ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Independent and motivated individual and requires little supervision and demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills
Proficient in working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities

Preferred:

2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing, engineering or service sector
Previous Experience in sizeable multinational corporation
Communication and presentation skills in order to explain your work to people who don't understand the mechanics behind data analysis
Experience with coaching technical leads and developers, including estimating software development in Agile
Drive and the resilience to try new ideas if the first one doesn't work
