As Service Leader - Tea Master, we rely on you to:

• Introduce and make variety of tea drinks for the guests
• Develop any promotions and activities planned for special occasions, holidays and celebrations
• Recommend appropriate products to customers according to their requirements
• Report maintenance needs and ensure that all equipment is in proper condition and meets the safety standards.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Creativity and positive attitude
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills
• Genuinely warm presence, friendly, sincere and outgoing nature
• Leading by positive example to strive for service excellence.
