For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 
'Windows 10 support'
 for a 6-12 month project in Munich, Germany
 

The ideal 'Windows 10 support' will need to have the following experience

We are looking for desktop technicians to help our team with Windows 10 support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-level support for the upgrade to Windows 10
  • Work with each client to make sure checklist items are completed and ensure that the laptops are issue-free
  • Responsible for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, if/where applicable

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of experience in Helpdesk support and Customer Service Support
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Products including 2013
  • Ability to function in a fast changing environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication in both Swedish and English.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships
