My client, a leading energy and industrial business, is on the hunt for a Campaign Manager with experience leading big sales-generation projects and digital transformation for a contract role until the end of the year.
The Opportunity
B2B campaign management has grown continuously over the past ten years. However, this with a strong focus on analog sales channels and with a low level of automation.The market situation now requires the transformation to multi-channel sales with a strong digital component and automated processes at high speed.
The Role
My client is looking for a Campaign/project manager who will provide operational and analytical support for the transformation of the campaign business. For this purpose, individual sales projects are to be implemented operationally and analysed in this context.From this, optimisation potentials are to be derived which then must be implemented. The focus for the first half of the year are sales projects with various external associations and industry bodies with the aim of active customer loyalty.
Towards the end of the year the focus will be on projects that aim to avoid losing customers.
Objective (only to be filled in for the service contract type):
- Measurable sales success (increase in the conversion rate for all channels)
- Verifiable optimisation of sales processes and sales systems
Key tasks
- Advice on managing campaigns and projects
- Analysis and optimisation of the sales channels white mailing, online & telephone
- Analysis and optimisation of sales-related IT systems
- Advice on analysis and optimisation of sales processes and sales systems
Experience:
- First professional experience in the sales environment
- Experience in the implementation of sales projects in mass customer business
- Experience with process optimization
- Experience in dealing with sales IT systems
Competencies (must have):
- Project management skills for smaller (sub) projects
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital/IT systems
- Fast comprehension and ability to learn
- Analytical skills
- People Skills & Stakeholder Management: actively approaching and actively working with colleagues
Desirable skills (nice-to-have):
- First experience in (digital) transformation in corporations, especially in sales
