Senior Corporate Counsel (m/f/d)
This is where you work  You will be part of a team of three lawyers for the Retail Solutions Group, and part of a
team of ten in the wider UK/EU Legal team.  Our customers are spread out over 7 continents, 74 countries and speak over 25 different
languages.  Our daily routine is challenging and varied.  We represent ourselves with a positive and appreciative attitude.
This is what you do  As legal advisor to various businesses across Europe, provide advice in respect of new
technology products, customer agreements and supplier arrangements.  Advise Cox subsidiaries in Germany on employment law matters and liaise with the Works

Council.  Work closely with other members of the Legal team based in the UK to provide pragmatic
support to the business.  Provide assistance to other members of Cox Legal on European IPT matters as required.  Work closely with the Privacy Teams and Technology Security Teams in Europe and the US

to mitigate risks associated with the processing of personal data.  Monitor processes to ensure the Retail Solutions Group protect and exploit its intellectual

property rights in line with business objectives.  Support on strategic investments and integration of acquisitions in Germany.  Oversee contentious matters with suppliers and customers, including the instruction of

outside counsel where appropriate.  As business partner to its senior management, provide strategic legal advice to forward the
objectives of the Retail Solutions Group.  The position requires frequent interactions with all levels of the organisation and externally.
