Associate Director IT-Solutions (w/m/d)

Werden Sie Teil eines motivierten Teams und gestalten Sie Softwarelandschaft der Hochschule.
Ihre Aufgaben

• Teamleitung IT-Solutions innerhalb der Abteilung IT
• Verantwortung für Softwareprojekte der Hochschule in Lehre und Verwaltung
• Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer modernen Software-Landschaft
• Planung und Durchführung neuer Softwareprojekte
• Beratung und Unterstützung bei digitalen Projekten der Hochschule

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT Schwerpunkten oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere von Softwareprojekten und in der Mitarbeiterführung
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
• Analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten bei der Leitung und Realisierung von Projekten
• Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Job Description

• Team leader IT-Solutions within the IT Department
• Responsibility for software projects of the university in teaching and administration areas
• Further development and securing of a modern software environment
• Planning and implementation of new software projects
• Consulting and support for WHU digital projects

Job Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on IT or similar qualification in a relevant field of expertise
• Several years of practical experience in project management, in particular of software projects and in personnel management
• Strong ability to work independently to plan, organize and coordinate IT projects within the university
• Strong analytical and planning skills in the management and implementation of projects
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
