JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Developing and implementing your own project in the field of personnel development
• Collaborating in the areas of recruitment, training and personnel marketing
• Coordinating and supervising our internal and external training courses
• Supporting and maintaining HR software
• Providing support on administrative tasks in day-to-day business

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business degree with a focus on Human Resources
• Initial practical experience in Human Resources is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Very good MS Office skills
