Atotech is looking for a

Master Data Coordinator (m/f/d) – Chemistry

for the master data coordination team as soon as possible. As a member of this team you will be responsible for the development and management of our business critical raw material and product master data. In close cooperation with the internal departments you will check, link and distribute data packages and thus form the basis of our core operational processes.

Your responsibility

• Creation and management of product recipe and raw material master data in the chemicals sector
• ​Development of sustainable concepts for material data configuration in cooperation with R&D, Business and Operations to enable and control the core global functionalities for production, supply chain, safety and quality control
• Coordination and tracking of worldwide requests for material master data
• Enforcement of data governance rules, know-how protection for raw materials/product components and their continuous optimisation
• Project work: Digitisation of interdepartmental workflows (Efficient Operations Interface), digitisation of production processes (Manufacturing Execution System), recipe integration of acquired companies
• Independent and regular maintenance of the Master Data Management Guidelines
• Regular review and optimisation of all work processes in the work area - Development of sustainable solutions in a team

Your skills and competences

• Degree in chemical engineering, business informatics or in a scientific field
• Good technical and chemical understanding
• Good knowledge of data processing (SAP)
• High conscientiousness and care
• Willingness and ability to familiarise oneself with complex tasks
• Affinity and understanding for digital and operational processes
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong analytical skills, goal orientation, structured approach and ability to reduce complexity
• Willingness to travel on business at home and abroad

Compensation

Attractive remuneration in line with the tariff for the chemical industry (Berlin-West) + 13th month's salary + holiday pay + performance-related bonus
